New colour clients

All new colour clients must complete a sensitivity test at least 48 hours before their colour appointment. Please visit the salon beforehand for a complimentary colour consultation and to collect your test. We can only carry out your colour service once this requirement has been met.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

Late arrivals

We’ll do our best to accommodate you if you’re running late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may need to reschedule.
